Hello, I took the H2 in for an oil change at the dealer yesterday. Drove 55 miles home and parked in the garage overnight. When the wife left this morning I see 4 large oil spots. H2 is not home, so I can't look underneath. Is this "normal"?

This is exactly why I prefer to do it myself. One time my fiance took our Firehawk to the dealer for an oil change because I was away on business. They put regular oil in when they were told to use Mobil One synthetic. When she pointed out that the total on the bill was too low she realized that they had used the wrong oil. She told them to take it back in and change it. When they did, they didn't change the filter out. I've taught here enough to know that the filter holds oil too, so she made them change the filter. They acted like she was an ass.

The reality is that the guy changing your usually doesn't care about your car as much as you do. I don't rely on a dealer unless I have a warranty claim and even then I am hesitant...
