I know the last time I spoke with S&J Fox, They were looking for a good tape for their Magnetic Panels.
Give this tape a try.
It is made by 3M and comes in several different colors.
Model# 3m764.
We use it a work, and it seems to work fairly well, and it's wide enough to hold almost anything down.
Good Luck

Ric

I assume that it acts like masking tape - easy to remove without residue or paint damage.

I used to buy a bit of tape from 3M and they make several good adhesive tapes that would work for the shields. Here is a 3M Page that lists their 890X series that seems as if it would do a good job in hotter climates. The spec does not talk about temps under 70F but I would think that a silicone adhesive would handle just about anything to under freezing. The spec is in this PDF. McMaster-Carr is a great place to find tapes and also get FREE SAMPLES if you ask nice.

Seth,
FrgMstr is right on when he showed concern about heat sensitivity. You might be better off by going to a higher heat resistnt tape. I'm glad he attached a reference link to 3M, I may order some stuff off the site myself.

Thanks, and good luck tape hunting.
Ric

p.s. if you still wanna give this tape I've got at work a try, I can probably get a roll or two.
