That is not my peeps or plate btw. But they did look like that- sweet little yellow bunnies. I ate them yesterday. 
I will get more don't worry. They will be the original and still fresh. You have to make them how you want- they might get puffy on the plane though.

peeps can NOT be fresh. they must be aged to perfection. everyone should know that. i like to take the plastic wrap off then put them up in a cabinet and try and forget about them for a couple months then when they are hard and chewy eat them, that is when they are the best. it's like finding the chewy whopper in the box.
