Lights wrong for '03. No yellow turn signal. Of course, I don't know what kind of overlap there was on some of these.

I would guess 05.
03 has different OnStar antenna than 04 to 06, this appears to be the 04-06 type
03 and 04 had rear orange turn signals, this one does not
06 has red lights in rear bumper, this one does not

It's an 03 then. You can tell the year of any vehicle by looking at the 11th digit of the VIN, in this case, it's 3, for 2003.

Looks like first pic was photoshopped to color red over the yellow on the tail light. Look close and you can see some residual yellow.
