Default 35 in. mud grapplers

has anyone tried these tires on stock rims?the reason i ask is that their 35 by 12.50/16 is a little over an inch wider than all of the other 35s ive looked at.if you have please post a pic.

Toyo 35's are the same size as well. ...not a 315 tire (43.5") So they should fit just fine on teh stock rims, tbar crank and call it a day.

The 315 dimension refers to the tread base in mm...

Correct. A true 35" MT tire when compared to 315 is smaller in overall diameter. The 315 bfg AT's that came stock on the H2 are just a hair over 34.3" for the overall diameter. ...I believe. The Toyo MT is a true 35" tire overall diameter like the Terra Graplers.

Timgco, do you mean a true 35 is larger than a 315?

Well, I took the time to look at the differnt tire manufacts sites.

BFG AT
315 75R 16 BFG AT = 34.6" overall diameter
http://www.bfgoodrichtires.com/specs...t-a-ko/44.html

Nittos Web and their Grapplers are: 35 12.50 16= 34.84 overall diameter
http://www.bfgoodrichtires.com/specs...t-a-ko/44.html

Toyo MT's
315 75R 16 Toyo MT = 34.9" overall diamter

So the overall size is close to a 35" I guess. I thought that the metric 315 tires were smaller than say a true 35" tire like toyo 35 12.50 18 shows it to be a true 35" overall diamter. That's what i was basin my earlier answer off of.....which I just learned to not be the case.

Back to the original Q: I think they'll still fit.
