anyone know of some good offroading in northern VA or washington dc area? nothing extreme, just somewhere to go get dirty and play.

Check with local 4x4 clubs and 4x4 acessory shops.
See if you can find a family friendly 4wheeling club, they will "generally" have some newbie trail runs where you can get the feel for wheeling.

You can go to the George Washington National Forest. It’s pretty tame stuff.
If you drive up I-81 to PA, there is Paragon, and Rausch Creek.

hey, thanks for all of the input. i would be up for a nova get together. when we bought the h3, the dealers said the washington area dealers do an event once every quarter. anyone participate in that?
