Can the dealership manually crank down my bass?

I got the subwoofer on my monsoon stereo fixed at the dealer and it seems they cranked the bass down on my stero. Even with the bass cranked all the way up on the receiver (which is not how I would usually listen to my music) it sounds weak. I'm kinda pissed. Is there a manual control for the woofer or something that they turned down?

Sounds like they might have anti-fixed it. The subs on the H2 used to drop out all the time. Have it re-checked.

On aftermarket system you can do this a number of way depending on your setup but I would be surprised if you can on the factory system. I would be real pissed if they did this to me too. The sub it the main reason for wanting the upgraded system. I wonder if they have put out a fix that backs off some of the power for the sub due to people having problems with them. I sure hope not. Keep us posted on what you find out.
