Lawyer: No DNA Match in Duke Gang Rape Case
Monday, April 10, 2006

DURHAM, N.C. — There is no DNA match between members of Duke University's men's lacrosse team and an exotic dancer who told police she was raped at a team party, attorneys for the team said Monday.

"No DNA material from any young man was present on the body of this complaining woman," said Raleigh attorney Wade Smith.

Citing DNA test results delivered by the state crime lab to police and prosecutors a few hours earlier, the attorneys said the test results prove their clients did not sexually assault and beat a stripper hired to perform at a March 13 team party.

Can you say, "Tawana Brawley"? I guess she didn't get paid enough for her dancing.

I also hope to her of charges being filed against her for filing a false PR.

But the grand jury within a year announced the story was a hoax and specifically cleared a Fishkill police officer and Pagones.

Just a few more days and Sharpton would have been involved in this one, too. Damn DNA came back to fast this time.

They also have cellphone picks showing the girl was bruised and bloody when she showed up(not to get us back on track or anything). I think her pimp beat her before this gig and she is looking for a pay day. The Lacrosse players hired the 2 girls for a 2 hour cruise-er-show. They danced for ten minutes. The accuser was totally out of it and locked herself in the bathroom. The girl with her gave a statement to police that she did not know anything about a rape. NO DNA EVIDENCE ANYWHERE ON or IN the girls body. Hey folks, no rape occurred. Please pray for our friends son who is on the Duke Lacrosse team. Had to give DNA and was not at the party.

Good old Jesse Jackson was in on the media circus today. He said it's not over yet.

FYI, the prosecutor is up for re-election next month! Durham is about 50-50 racially mixed and the whites aren't the ones that have been going crazy from the start. His remarks are politically motivated and he should pay the price.
