Where is my 4th GEAR!!!!

So, coming home from Minneapolis yesterday, my rig, TWICE, would not go into 4th gear

So for an hour at a time, I had to limp along at 60mph with my RPM's around 2800

Any ideas? I'm ASSUMING this would be a warranty issue??
