Tampa, Florida - Tampa police have arrested a Brandon man who allegedly solicited sex with two toddlers.
The children's mother, whose identity is hidden in a TPD surveillance tape, worked with Tampa police to catch a man she met through cell phone text messages.
Police say when the man offered to pay $20 to have sex with the woman's three-year-old daughter at a hotel on Busch Boulevard Tuesday night, they arrested him.
20-year-old Kareem Abdul Hack is also charged with soliciting sex from the woman's 2-year-old son.
