Onstar Diagnostic Report

Anyone else not receiving their monthly Onstar diagnostic report? I wrote them over a week ago, explaining this is the second time they have skipped mine, and I received a strange reply that they are having equipment problems. Just curious, am I the only one?

I had to go out to the vehicle to read my oil life percentage versus reading it in my emails. For you guys who can't read your oil life percentage, you have to be peed off, more than me.
