Is there any friendly dealer parts people around that can help me? I need some drivers side door lock parts. Can somebody get in touch with me? I dont want to use my local dealer, and want a nice person that wont treat me like just another number.

Thanks

Dave

Hey Dave.
I dont know whats wrong with Tobin, but i understand the desire for being treated with respect and an genuine interest in whatever your questions or project may be.

I talked to these guys once and they were very helpful on the phone and better yet they gave me a call back. not bad for a service shop.
.
The Pro about dealing with our local shop is that you could take the parts back and shipping cost should be low or nil.if you dont like the way the service operates. file a complaint. go there in your work clothes there sales dept bent over backwards to make a sale to us, with that in mind the service dept should be just as helpful, you would think?
.
I didnt see Phil D comments before i posted, those links look better yet!

If you need some other mechanical or performance-enhancing gear, I hear this is a pretty good establishment:

There is a great guy with his own TV show that calls himself the "Chopper." He sells Hummers and I bet his dealership is the best to deal with.

(I think that was the hardest thing I've ever typed in my life)
