Here are the details:
My 05 Red Metallic Adv with 8500 miles.
Options: Color Match Grille, Chome side steps, chrome roof bars, chrome OE wheels, third row seat.
for a
05 Desert Sand Lux with 14,900 miles.
Options: Uplevel Chrome Package, Double Wrap Chome Brush Guard, Rear Wheel Carrier. DVD equipment w/4 LCD Screens, 3rd Row Seat & Sofa.
plus $4500.00.
I can't decide if this is a good deal. Major drawback for me is no roof. But I don't have NAV or the LCD Screens. It is a color my wife loves (previous post), black interior, enough chrome to keep my happy. Additonal note: I have a cracked windshield on mine so I would deduct $500.00 off the price to compare apples to apples.
Any and all opinions appreciated.

BTW, most insurance companies have deals on W/S repair. I haven't paid to have mind repaired yet. (This is just an example and not meant to start talking about w/s's, that can be another thread.)

not worth the trade for the $4500. You could add a NAV and DVD system to yours for about 2K, and than you still have your sun roof with less miles.... although I do like the Desert Sand Color.

What do you think the trade difference should be?
This is how I calculate:
Adv - Lux = $1500.00
Roof - Nav = Equal
Chrome Brush to Black Brush = $400.00
DVD System (Front, Both Seats, and Rear) = $1500.00
Rear Tire Carrier = $500.00
Third Row Sofa = $1000.00
Uplevel Chrome = $350.00
Chrome Tail Light Guards = $150.00
Additonal Miles = Doesn't really matter
Wife Likes Color = Priceless
I'm I looking at this wrong? I had a new priced out and it was $52,347.00 for LUX plus roof and nav.
Thanks

The extras like brush guard and light guards don't really equal retail on a used vehicle but that isn't the issue. To me, the issue is if you and your wife like the deal. If that is the case, then just do it and be happy

New Information:
I pretty much commited to trading up to the Desert Sand.
This is how I got there. I will be getting a $2200 refund on the purchase of this vehicle from the sale of the CTS-V. The only way that I can get this refund it to buy a new/used vehicle. So $4500 - $2200 = $2300.00 difference. Add the chrome difference and the DVD system, plus the LUX and I'm there in justifying the difference. In addition when I drove it today is has a rear backup camera which was pretty cool. I will trading the wheels & tires (8500 miles) from my H2 and putting them on the new Desert Sand.
Thanks for you comments, I will change my sig when the trasaction is complete.
I most likely will be offering either the 3rd row seat or sofa for sale if anyone is interested (Ebony). I'm not sure why I would need both.
