im not sure what the problem is but my drl's and my front bar lamps wont work.....there is a under hood 30 amp fuse that blows as soon as i put it in and cut the front bar lights on??...it is in the "stud #2" position ...can anybody tell me what that stud #2 runs?...any help on this matter would be much appriciated...thanks

Are you talking a stud in the fuse box, or on the switch?

check this http://www.elcova.com/h2/details.html
and open the manual to section 5 - scroll and you will find all the fuses and what they do.

To me it sounds like a pos and neg are touching...like maybe in the guard lights. Either way the fuse blows because there is a problem. You can check the wires for voltage with a volt meter too...just some ideas, you may have already tried them. You didn't tap into your DRL power lead did you?

in the under hood fuse box under the lid when you look at the diagram of the fuses the one that keeps blowing is listed as "stud #2"...or thats what it says on the diagram ???...im just not sure what all that runs?
