Just tried out my low range. Wow does it sing. Is this normal?

Yep, mine sounds really loud.
And, one time when Sewie and I were out wheeling, I was following him with my window down, and his was loud too.
Don't worry, unless it is loud when you are not in low lock.

Its because of the low gearing, this is the same in all hummers, and most 4wd trucks. The harder you get on the gas, the louder it will get.

That's strange. Every H1 that I have driven in LOW has the same "louder" sound that my H2 and H3 both have. No worries, it's normal,

Yeah it whines pretty loud. I've also noticed it grinds a bit if you shift into P/R too fast after coming to a stop. Although that seems to be getting better the more I drive it in low.
