I bought one of these and it has been invaluable for loading my rack and putting snow boards on top.

I think they sell that at Harbor freight for less. Could be wrong.. but I thought I've seen it there.

Yep...Harbor Frieght has 'em. I think they are $13 on sale sometimes.

Looking at the picture of the unit, I wonder if it will fit on an H2 wide ass tire?
