I noticed he only sold them for a few months, and then all the transactions stopped. Somebody must have busted him.

You seem more concerned (consumed?) about it than he does...

I can tell you how to own a Hummer without charging you a penny, thanks to Prez Bush. Own a corporation and claim your Hummer as a 100% deduction under the Section 179 tax loophole. Save your $100...

Yeah, like Bush wrote the bill, introduced the bill and passed it all by himself. Come-on.

Nice try, but it's not the Bush bill. If you knew how our legislature worked you'd realize that both sides of the aisle had to put that bill through.
But what can you expect from a southern Californian?

Just sour grapes because you don't own a business and can't take advantage of the regulation. Tell you what, start a business, work 80-100 hours a week, pay yours and others taxes too, and put up with all the other B.S. it takes to be self employed and then make a post. Then we'll all be on equal ground. Otherwise, shut-up because you don't know what you're talking about.

Ok, first get some facts straight. You don't own the H2 without paying a penny because of the so-called "tax loophole". You simply do not pay Federal Income Taxes on the amount the H2 costs. So if you pay 20% in taxes, you are saving about $10,000 not the $50,000 cost of the vehicle.

It's pretty simple, it's a called a "tax deduction" for a reason.

Why are you trying to bite off my head? I am not the one selling the information, I am just telling you what that eBay dude is trying to sell. I am taking advantage of the tax law! By the way I do own a corporation (Cooper Pacific Corp). And as a corporation there are a lot more tax breaks (gas, wear & tear, maintenance, advertising, etc...) .And I am taking advantage of the tax law in every way possible. I am not here to talk politics, we are getting screwed regardless of who is in charge! Didn't mean to get you all roused up...

Okay. If you mean "thanks to Prez Bush" in a positive way (although he still didn't create this regulation by himself) I retract my post.

Let me rephrase: The bill was passed by congress and signed by Bush (hence the "thanks to Prez Bush" remark). If anyone wants more info, here is a good article: Does the U.S. Government Want You to Buy a Large SUV?
