Default Info, please, whats fair?

Was wondering what was fair:

My H2 is lifted 4 inch Rancho suspension and 20 inch rims, 37 inch tires etc..
I want too bring her back down too stock, I found a guy by me who wants too lift his,

What is a fair deal for both of us?

He pays for all labor?
We pay for eachothers labor?

Thanks in advance

Pay for your own labor and then sell him the lift kit at a much reduced price because it's used.....Let him deal with his own truck

ummmmm, how do you plan to replace all the factory parts?

Also, I think some things wer cut off of your front diff. good luck on this as there are a few mods made that cannot be just bolted back on or easily replaced.

You may just want to sell him your truck.

Or you could just trade H2's and save the labor .less trouble, less time ,less work, more time to drink beer.
