I just got all this completed last week. So far I really like the combo. It has a nice proportional look and has certainly changed up the front end. Something about it just makes me smile.
Anyway, comments are welcome, compliments are appreciated and vicious malign attacks are expected.
Thanks again to Cinci for everything!
If you can't keep it on your H2, keep it in the forum.

WOW DRTY that is a nice job. Even if I am a Mall Queen driver I would pick that bumper over a whole lot of other bumpers for an off road rig. That sucker looks sharp.
Well when the value of the H2's go in the dumper I'll buy My second H2 to use to make an off roader with and I would be happy to have that setup. If I have a Mall Queen and a
Dirt Queen would that raise Me up a little on the scab scale? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>DRTY, I bet money I know someone who would by a Flaming Chrome one.

Those are not rocks, that is the first Hummer only dealership in the country with a test track. Our group was allowed to have fun that day. I would also like to mention that I did climb the H1 only 21in veritical step several times.
I am glad you like the pics.

Effect = result, outcome
It is a noun defining an OUTCOME (caused by some action).
Affect = change, modify in some way.
It is a verb defining an ACTION (which causes some outcome).
Hopefully my writing this will AFFECT your syntax and cause the desired EFFECT.
I hope this doesn't sound arrogant, just hoping to answer your question.

If you really really really have to have chrome I'll look into it just for you. But no flames. I've got to draw the line somewhere.

Dear LRC,
So you went with the Road Armor winch bumper and the SMA HD brushguard? Interesting combination. Do you know which winches will work with your bumper? Brands, capacities, electric vs. hydraulic?

I wasn't going to post any pics of the new bumper until I had some new synthetic rope in it, but I want you guys to be able to have another choice.

Oh yeah,
The Hella 4000s are going back on once I get a mounting solution fabbed up. I don't like the SMA light tabs available. They look flimsey to me.

I do like that bumper. I am wondering how it effects (or is it affects) the approach angle; apparently not too badly if you did the 21 inch vertical step. Do you have a lift or bigger tires?
What is the difference between effects and affects?

Its one of my Rover buddies. His truck is pretty tricked out (Very Flexy!). I've tried to get him out to some HUMMER events but it just hasn't worked out.
Here's a group shot from the other day after we finished the bumper. His driveway is our garage.

It looks like you already got the chance to scratch it up . BTW where's the winch . If you dont mind me asking, what are the green wires for? Are they some sort of lanyard or ground strap??

I actually bought the bumper and grill guard used from another forum member. He did quite a bit of custom fab work to make the two pieces work together but the final product works great!
Now I just have to get a winch!!
The bumper does a very good job of preserving the approach angle. I am running 37' BFG MTs with no lift. They are great tires!
effect is passive or caused by something else Ex- Bipolar disorder (hummerman, Spidey) has certain side effects.
affect is an action verb. Ex- A president can affect change.
