Default Tie-rod bushing replace

I was under the truck this AM changing the oil and noticed that the bushing on the tie-rod on the driver's side is busted and torn. I'm sure that it is due to the over-sized wheels and the stress they put on the steering. I was wondering if anyone has a step-by-step guide on switching this out? I'm not the best mechanic, but I can do minor repair stuff. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can't help you with switching out a bushing, however it may be a good time to switch out to the Fab Tech tie rods.
This fabtech install guide may help you either way.
