Angry well It finally happen, The h2 was broken into.

i bought some stuff at target and then went to the mall.
i put the target bag in the back and covered it with my black jacket.
the bag could not been seen.
well 3 hrs past and i come back and go home.
i went to take down the bag and it's gone.
i could not find any forced entry into the car no damage what so ever.
the only thing taken was the target bag, just $100 worth of stuff.
i think they followed me from target over to the mall (10min ride)

do you guys have a idea on how they got in?
the car was locked, i checked it by pull the drivers handle when i lock the car.
they left my jacket and just took the bag.
now i am tring to figure out how to prevent this from ever happening again.

Wow sorry to hear. Scumbags are everywhere and tis the season. I'm not sure how they got it. Maybe a pro door lock jimmy thingy they slide down window glass between the door and the outside glass? At least they wasnt any vehicle damage, that would have far exceeded the $100.

Heard the hy-tech ****ers are using a new electrical device. Basically they hang out at malls and wait for guys to lock their vehicles with the keyfob lock button. They have some device that reads the signal and copies it into a blank. They then wait til you leave into mall and open with their duplicated keyfob.

Not sure if this happened to you, but maybe since you have no damage. Perhaps it is time to start using the manual key or the lock button inside the truck instead of the keyfob.

I just found out about those electical jammers this Thanksgiving from my brother-in-law in law enforcement. The jammers that will open garage doors can be made failrly easily with over the counter parts from radio shack and even purchased online, and apparently GM and Honda are the easiest to open with the new wave of electronic car jammers. There is a way to foil both of them. A company in the US makes a device smilar to the cell phone jammers (hospitals and some auditoriums use them now to silence your cell phone) that will defeat both, that you plug in to 110v at home (for your garage door opener) and your 12v outlet in your car. Anyone have any specific info on them??? I always lock the door from the garage to the house, but there are lots of tools and good stuff they could get into in my garage too.
