I received my HD tierods from Trail Duty last week. I hadn't had a chance to install them until today.

As I was putting grease in the fitting, I realized that the boot had a tear. At that point, I may as well go and have it aligned since I didn't know how long it would be before I had a replacement.

I got home tonight and called Trail Duty. They said no problem, they'll ship one out tomorrow.

Providing I get it that quick, that's great customer service.

BTW, those are some SERIOUS tierods... holy schiet.

Mark

You will and it is.

In our business we do business with a number of vendors, most of whom act like they're doing us a favor by allowing us to do business with them. I bet I spend at least a few hours a week convincing these knuckleheads to do their job and earn their money.

Trail Duty is the one outfit that consistently over-delivers and keeps their word.

Since we're Trail Duty bashing, I ordered about 4K of stuff from them this summer. Nice, polite, responsive. That is NOT what I expect in todays environment. Bastards! : )

That and the fact that he pays us pretty well to say nice things about him.

I was missing a couple of parts from my kit and Phil next-dayyed them to me pronto. My truck was stuck on a lift at the dealership.

Great service.

Wow, already received a few emails from Phil and everyone has been so easy to deal with.

No wonder ya'll keep bragging on trail duty's service.

OUTSTANDING.
