Found the forum and really like it. I have done a bunch of mods to my H2 and will be glad to share what I have learned. Headers, suspension, exhaust, programing etc. Live in Phoenix. Look forward to a great year of Humming.

Welcome to the forum! Throw some pictures on here of your truck, I would love to see what you have done. There is always something new to learn even if it has been done already.

I am in Phoenix two to three times a year, I will have to look you up on my next trip, probably end of this month or early February.

Yeah...Welcome.
Did you notice a big gain after your header re-program install?

HI Ric, yes I did, but you must realize that it is a combination of all four items. I will really see more gains when I change the cam. In order for the scavenging effect of the headers to truly work you need overlap on the cam lobes. Both intake and exhaust should be open similtainiously at the end of the stroke, this allows the pressure created by the explosion to not only evacuate the cylinder but suck the new mixture in as well. The smog cams we get on the stock engine are ok but have very little overlap. Hope I didn't go to astray from your question.
