Many thanks to Rodster for helping me; he was so damn quick on the private messages that it was like having him standing beside me to assist.

In the first pic, you can also see that I did the "Rodster Mod" to the license plate holder brow. It was chrome, now it's PlastiDip black, and looks a lot better IMO.

This sounds like my wife. Substitute truck with any item of your choice and you get the idea. Are you sure those twins/triplet daughters weren't quadruplets?

Pretty sure they were at triplets then. This is what I hear:

"The truck was absolutly perfect and needed nothing the day you bought it...so why and the hell do you need to keep adding/changing crap to it. It is just a waste of money!"

Here is my reply:

"No it's not."

Thanks, I like it a lot. LOL about the ceiling storage!

Yeah, I'll get the lights installed within the next week or so.

Thanks guys. I'd really like the roof rack, but that would prevent entry into my garage. I actually have a contractor coming out next week to take a look at what it would take to increase the height of my garage opening. I can only imagine how expensive that will be...and the bitching my wife will do when I tell her about my intentions. LOL

Where did you get the black license plate deal? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

The "brow" over the plate was originally chrome. I scuffed it up with fine grit sandpaper and spray-painted it with 5 coats of black Performix PlastiDip.

http://www.plastidip.com/consumer/index.html

Rodster had done the same to his, and he provided me with the instrustions. He got his PlastiDip at Home Depot, I got mine at Lowes (my HD doesn't carry it).

The brow itself is easy to remove from the entire plate/light assembly via removal of three small clips on the backside using needle-nose pliers. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

Thanks for the info~!

Thanks for the info. It looks really great on your truck with all black, but I'd like to see them make it in the Elite series (stainless) as my truck is a mix of black and chrome.
