You should also try a BlacknBleu burger.
Blacken the meat and put crumbled bleu cheese on it just before serving.

MMMMM!
It was good! I need to do that again sometime. I am going to grab some taquila this week - and I am going to do the margarita steak. I will let it soak the day away. By the way - this stuff is grilled! All the steak I cook is on a Grill - outdoors, not this lame stuff inside on a frying pan.

The cut depends on what you're "allowed" to put on it.
Fillet - salt & pepper
Porterhouse - salt, pepper, garlic
Strip - salt, pepper, Steak Seasoning (Montreal Steak is great)
London Broil - marinate that baby overnight
Cube Steak - ketchup
Good call using the bullet smoker. I like doing whole chickens or BB ribs in mine. Nothing compares!

Grilled, Grilled, Grilled. I am still talking about meat, This is a blog about prime meat. I know of 69 ways to marinate meat.
When you grill, professionally speaking!! Sear it on both sides, Ok, It should be hot,! pink,! and juicy !insidehier. Other than that you over cooked it.

If you don't like bleu cheese - you ain't gonna like it on steak!
Tonight I am going to do the kick ass rosemary (adding some garlic, wine, to it, and it will soak for some time) idea! I will let you know!

Isn't it illegal to cook a steak indoors anyway
