i tell ya, i thought my M3 got looks. this new H3 of mine turns heads everywhere!!! and today, for example, i was at a store and the clerk was like "is that the new hummer?!" she then ran outside to look at it. then, another worker came out. and then a guy pulled up and got out to admire it. i've even had a UPS guy run over to me as i was backing out just to ask about my new H3.
the jury is in...
the reviewers seem to like it
the public i've encountered loves it
and more importantly, i love it!!!
just thought i'd share

I was afraid of that. I haven't bought one yet.
To be honest, I'd rather the general population leave me alone. After a decade of driving convertible Wranglers, it is nice to not be stared at.

Actually, Yes! She was married to the first officer that pulled me over. She was smokin' hot.

Returning waves is cool, but it sometimes too much public attention is not a good thing. I agree with Wild One. It's nice to not see bad press.
Paragon, buying a truck because it turns heads was cool when I was young and single, but I am an old married fart now.
I'm going to buy one for its capabilities and its utilitarianism. Unfortunately it is a good lokking truck, so most likely, it will be back to the days of everyone wanting to drag race you at stoplights. I don't know if I am ready for the flipping off and fire-bombing, yet.

It's nice to hear stories of Joe and Jane Public accepting, and even liking the H3 - and not spray-painting, fire-bombing, or flipping off Hummers.
Ain't it a great-looking truck? The designers did a terrific job capturing the iconic Hummer lines in a smaller package.

Well at least you haven't come across the idioc tree huggers that that in their little brain think all Hummers and SUV's are evil and were making the terriorists rich by driving one.

2 gas fillups and lots of attention at the pump. All positive down here. The guy yesterday kept walking back and forth about 20 feet away until I asked him if he wanted to check out the inside. 15 minutes later I got to leave. He was driving a new Mitsi SUV and thought the H3 was around 50 grand...He was shocked when I told him in the 30's nicely equiped. He said he paid more than that for his "P.O.S.".
The 1st guys were "city" and found the wheel wells the most interesting feature on the H3...Something about "fittn' some 26's in dat' space would make this ride TITE dog"

Stared at? Why would the general population stare at something that is as common as a roach?
