If you want a do it yourself solution, try using a drill with a wire brush to remove the old finish and rough them up. Then us a good primer and follow up with Duplicolor bedliner. This has worked for me and I only have to touch them up every 6 months or so. The best part of it is that they aren't as slippery with this on them.
