I looked at the picture. It looks like some type of cookie cutter/kitchen utensil. Maybe I was looking at the wrong picture

They work great in perpetual motion machines and UFOs, but not so good with Hummers.

Actually those percentages are not correct. I only got about 20 - 25% increase in gas milleage and horsepower. But my wifes breast size did go up 1.5 cup sizes so it was a good investment.
