Here's a fun question what is the one CD you won't drive without.
For me it is simple:
Metallica, the Black Album!

I love S. Anger believe it or not, nothing like load/reload those were just bad. But Justice is my favorite, followed by Master and Black.
I agree Alec, St. Anger has a lot more fury and emotion in it like they're old stuff.

Chris,
Anyone who has ever been to a Metallica concert knows they encouraged bootlegging of the shows by audio or video tape. One tour they had a special section for bootleggers. They are hypocrites about the Napster thing, but since their stuff has been downhill since Justice, they get alot less play than they used to by me.

Until someone noticed we shouldn't be back there
Going to OzzFest tomorrow actually. Haven't missed one yet. We got our pic on Drunks.com tailgating before the show one year. Supposed to rain tomorrow so it'll definitely be intersting. I'll be taking lots of pictures if youre interested in seeing them next week.

Very cool. They do rock. Zakk Wylde has become unquestionably my favorite guitar player over time. Not only is he awesome in Ozzy and heavy stuff, but his acoustic ability is just outstanding. AND he's such a great song writer. He just continues to amaze me. I find it hard to believe that he hasn't received much notariety with Black Label.
Definitely do a private topic and send some pictures if you get some tomorrow. Sorry everyone for digressing.

There's always that song "I hate your guts" from Zakk Wylde Pride and Glory days.

Out of everyone here my tastes are most similar to Dan's. Hey Dan, have you heard Black Label Society? 1919 Eternal will be the first CD played in my Hummer.

I have to have all of them!
Vision of Disorder - Imprint spends a lot of time int he player
Metallica - ....And Justica For All (Metallica is my favorite band, and it's my favorite album)
Shadows Fall - Of One Blood
Shai Hulud/Another Victim - EP Split
Strife - Angermeans
Those are the CD's that spend the most time in the player probably, but theres tons of others. If you have no clue who any of those bands are (besides Metallica) I like all kinds of Metal, Hardcore, Techno, and punk.

Any southern blues, BB King, Muddy Waters, Jon McVeigh and the Stumble, Lonleyland, and Erin "Ice Water" Jones and the Bad Habits, SRV of course, but a lot of Jimmy Vaughn nowadays. Tons of Willie Nelson, especially acoustic and live albums, and for when I feel heavier, then it's the Stones, the Doors, Zepplin and Metallica up to and including the black album, but nothing after that.
Like MAC, I also have the Bach compilations CD, and the Boston Pops. My musical taste is spread out all over the place. About the only thing that I won't listen to is modern "gangsta rap". Don't get me wrong, old school Run DMC and Dr. Dre (The Chronic) are great, but I draw the line at some of this late 90s early 00s rap. I mean really, there's a song called "Move, b*tch, get out the way!". Do people really listen to that?
Just another confused old timer......
