Default -----HEY THAT'S MY H3-----

I was checking out ebay a little while ago and noticed a red H3 being used as the add vehicle for Antenna X stubby antenna's. It looked familiar so I clicked on the pic and realized that it was my H3 in the pic, not a big deal but, I certainly did not give Antenna X permission to use my rig for profit!
I think he should give me 10% of his sales!
by the way, there is also a white H3 in the add. Check it out, it could be your's!

Sue their arse. By copyright law, he (or she) who holds the negative or original slide, or can prove the original digital photo is theirs, owns the copyright to the photo. I would write them and tell them to either remove the photo of your H3, or pay rights to use it.

X2 I'd be happy with a refund of the price and shipping.

Here it is:

You gotta remember, anytime you post a pic on the net, you put it out there for EVERYONE! You need to watermark it in a conspicuous area if you want to help prevent it. Hey, take it as a compliment. You bought it from them, you like it, it's all good.

For everyone to view, not for everyone to put their stamp on it and profit from it. Besides, how lazy does a company have to be that they have to steal pictures from the web rather than get up and take their own... at the very least they could've asked for permission.

I agree, I'm not saying it's right I'm just stating the facts. If you post a pic it's chances of being used by others is extremely high and one needs to be aware of this beforehand. If it's that big of an issue, I think jp's-h3 will contact them and they will remove it.
