07 Lux package?

Hey I got my new 07 with the Lux package does it have a rear locker?

It's just that... When one of yor drive wheels starts to slip the clutch pack in the rear locks up and applies dirive force to the wheel that is slipping.

It's also know as posi traction. The Off Road package or Adventure package( Which comes with the off road option ) has a locking differential.
Meaning ..That there are no clutches that can slip after both wheels are locked up.

With the Locking Diff..both wheels are mechanicaly locked together as one shaft...nothing to slip.

So the Lux doesn't have it for sure?

Lux does NOT have rear locker. Only Adventure Package. starting with the 2007 model year you can now combine the Adventure & Lux package. But if you have just thet lux package you do not have the rear locker.

Note: We have owners on this forum that have 2006 H3's equiped with combined Adventure/Lux packages.

The Luxury package offers the off-road package, it's just not called the Adventure package on a Lux vehicle.The Adventure package is a model of the vehicle that is a base model with the off-road package.
