If I'm not mistaken, they had already located the mother and teen girls who were with this child. I saw this clip on the news last week and am pretty sure I had heard an update that the mother said she had not given the child anything and that was just a way she played. The last I had heard it the mom and teens were under investigation. Let's hope so.
