Tower -You said it very well.

Did he probably do it? Yeah, I think he did. Was the evidence there, no it wasn't. We HAVE to go on the evidence. Would your neighbor probably be guilty, yeah he would. This shows how money can play a huge role into our legal system. The sad part of the story is that a boy was probably molested, a mother put her son into that situation, and Micheal Jackson has some real problems. The only thing good that I can see from this case is that money trumped race. Maybe as a society we are progressing past these issues. 100 years ago this case probably would have never gone to trial.

I agree with Klaus on this one.

MONEY BUYS YOU FREEDOM.

I have NO DOUBT in my mind if this were a po black or white man, he'd be wearin prison issue by now.

You get what you pay for. The better/high priced lawyer will find a way to manipulate the system.

Now he and OJ can hit the golf course, with 2 gloves, and find the real pedophile.

thanks, we're talking about the same general area. It has just been years since I've been there. I grew up not too far from Azusa Canyon and use to take my dogs up there every couple of weeks.

If you haven't been there are some great trails to run in the Big Bear area. Devils hole if it is still open would be a blast in an H2. I use to run it with my 4runner.

I'm so pissed, not one charge, out of ten!! Dumbass jurors, can't wait for the book deals.

Firm- It's not the fact that he is just a "Grade A" wierdo, the evidence was substantial and this was not the first time he was pursued for this type of offense. Sleeping with boys is "inappropriate"? Please, It's disgusting! This is America- and we have too many damned loopholes that allow the suppression of the Prosecution's Evidence Disclosure.

If it was one of my neighbors he wouldn't make it to court.

Edit: If he was black he would have been convicted.

C'mon, Klaus. If the evidence wasn't there, you wouldn't have convicted him either. Regardless of whether he had done it before or even if you thought he did it this time. If it isn't proven beyond a reasonable doubt, are you going to compromise your integrity by finding him guilty on insufficient evidence? I think not. I think more highly of you than that.

Anyone that thinks our justice system works has their heads buried in the sand, it is as corrupt as the day is long.

Somebody made a good point last night on tv. While you may not like MJ, or his actions, and while sleeping with boys is completely inappropriate, it's still not illegal. Can't let the fact that we like or don't like someone play into whether they are guilty or innocent. This is still america. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

I bet you said the same thing after O.J. got off on the double murder charges. Typical. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

Sure did, and after Robert Blake's trial also
