Default HVAC HELP !! any techs on this forum??

I have owned my 2008 H2 since new and the front of the hvac controls were totally rubbed off (plus and minus) I took it in to the dealer and they replaced it but now my heat when set to max 90degrees is nowhere near as hot as it used to be. BUT the laser temp gauge still registered above ninety when I took a reading at the dealership with the tech. I don't care what he says that **** use to blow SUPERHOT when on max and now its barely hot when your hand is closest to vent. He says he owns a silverado pickup and its the same thing with his. I don't give a **** WHAT he says I know for a fact also because my fiance also noticed that it wasn't as hot anymore. I know these have to be calibrated to match the vent opening and digital temp number. Is the internal vent NOT opening all the way even though the digital number says 90??
I ****ing knew it !!! If I took it in they would **** IT UP. AND to boot my AUX vents in the back seat area and cargo area don't blow ANYTHING AT ALL.
what gives is their anything I can do myself. That way they wont **** anything else up????

One of those rare times you "do" wish the dealer has the truck sent out to another shop to have it looked at. Good Luck to you ~Richard
