Wow. Nice. Looks good. You got yours back a lot quicker than I got mine back. Did they dip the wheel in acid to strip the chrome or did they sand blast them?

They heat them up to 900 degrees (over a period of like 4-5 hours) and then cool down. Then they sand blast the chrome.

They were a little slow getting them back to me this time... usually I get my wheels back in 3-4 days but hey, they were free so who am I to complain??

I?ll take some better pics tomorrow. They did an EXCELLENT job on them. They have a hair bit of texture to them and are a bit gray/brown... more of a soft black.

Nice! Post some daylight pics when you get a chance, and try to match it up to the first pic with the chrome ones on, to see the difference...
