The product is called Antiseeze. Works great. My neighbor used it on the lugs of his boat trailer rims. The salt water would sieze the bolts on from backing the boat in all the time. With this stuff he was always able to remove hos rims with no problem.

What he said--plus it could be cheap lug nuts. You won't know until you take off a wheel and find the source.
Also--are the wheels themselves cast or forged?
