These are shots of my Rig after a run in with a Honda Accord Coupe, and after 1 month in the Shop.
Damage was limited to the hood, grille, brush guard, bumper, radiator/A/C condenser supports. No frame/suspension damage! (it totalled the Honda)
I had the chrome grille shot white w/the letters masked off. It really sets the front end off in my opinion, (a little H1'ish) though I have my doubts on how long the paint lasts. I had the standard brush guard before, and the shop replaced it with the wrap around by accident. I'm not crazy about it but....
Wanting something a little different than the carbon fiber, wood, or steel dash kits, I had the dash/instrument cluster shot white. It gives it sort of a retro look, back to days of metal dashboards.

There are a couple of threads running around here talking about the pros and cons. For me so far so good.

Thanks guys!!
Like I mentioned in the other post, so far so good. (as far as the paint lasting)
I've had the tires for about 2000 miles now and really like them.

That looks awesome on white! If they would have offered that paint scheme from my dealership! Anyone seen one in black with zero chrome & blacked out wheels? Would like to see what the midnight runner I had in mind would look like.

Well I have to be honest I don't like a white car but yours is the 1st!! Your H2 does look awesome, I like the white w/black trim and no chrome. I like chrome but it really makes yours stand out! Be proud of your ride and my compliments again on it. Awesome Ride!

Peter,
No, I wish now that I did... My ego was too bruised.... I've asked my adjuster for copies of his pictures, and he is trying to locate them. I will post them if they ever show up.
The honda pulled out of a parking lot on my right. Did not see me (???) In an ABS assisted stop/swerve maneuver from the 40 mph speed limit, I caught her on her drivers door and my right front end at maybe 25 or 30 mph. It cracked the hood at a 45 degree angle from the corner, broke all the plastic on the front as mentioned at the beginning of this thread. The only light that broke was the right front turn signal. DRL's and headlights all worked and the radiator didn't break so we were on our way after the fire dept extracted the girl from the Honda (only bumps and bruises - thank goodness)
Yours looks terrible... I have seen these in previous posts. I hope no one was injured...what did you replace it with?

DAMN!! That's one awesome ride. I love the white interior and the matching grille. But the best part is the 37in. tires; can't wait for mine to come in

Beautiful Rig John,
May I ask what the specs on the tire are?

Phil,
I wish I had taken my camera w/me... KB had 3 or 4 H2's that they customized paint wise.
The most unusual was a sunset orange one with a tan color rhino lining on all of the black parts. They covered metal and plastic (even the roof rails). The grille and brush guard were rhino lined tan as well. The interior was coloer keyed like mine.
A little much, but very interesting all the same. Targeted for the South Texas hunters.

I'll be passing through San Angelo either on 08/30/03 or 08/31/03, on my way to Colorado (business trip.) Wanna meet up for a quick lunch, or something?

WHiteH2Kid,
The grille and interior cost a tad under $800 and yes my dealer did it. The question now is how long it will hold up.
