Yes... The brake and gas are a little close together. At first it really pissed me off. I almost cut the corner of the brake pad off. But after a couple of weeks of driving it... Now I hardly notice it. The pwer seat control is a little close, yes... But I never need to adjust it once I'm seated.
I also own a Porsche C-2 (911)... The Hummer is as fun driving vehicle as the Porsche is. (obviously for different reasons) I guess that's why I don't feel the need for speed in the Hummer... I can always do that later...

There actually isn't a true dead pedal in the H3, just an empty space. This was discussed on here when the H3's first came out. A lot of people, including myself, were complaining about it.
