I finally finished the light bar for my Hella 4000s. Its very simple but I'm pleased with how it turned out. Its just a piece of angle iron welded to a plate which uses the existing factory mounting points on the brush guard. The hood has just enough clearance to open down. I rattle canned it black for now but I'm going to coat it with some bedliner-in-a-can to give it some texture.

I haven't actually got the lights hooked up yet but I'll try to tackle that this weekend.

I still haven't had the new tires offroad but I will post some impressions once I make it out. On road they're actually very nice. No excessive hum and the ride is great. They totally changed the appearance of the truck. So far, I have nothing but great things to say about the BFGs.

No chrome or shiny billet pieces were used in the making of this light bar and no animals were injured.
