I'm not sure about the Nifty mats, but I do have a Husky Cargo liner which covers the whole area without the spare inside. The Husky part number is 21301. Details are here: http://www.huskyliners.com/2130instrdoc.pdf
Cut outs for the 3rd row seat are marked (but not for the 4th row
