We're back in AUSTRAILIA again this round.

Character
All of the top gangs are thugs only. Most of the gang member don’t have any ho’s or dealers. They are getting money from attacking other gangs. Attacking is more fun than dealing anyway. We made mistakes in our profiles and character spending. I have been spying on the highest gang members I can see. They all have huge Guerilla Warfare numbers, like 5000 and low strength numbers < 500. I don’t think strength does much in attacks; Guerrilla Warfare seems to be a key. I think we should only use our turns on Guerrilla Warfare for the entire game (that and attacking). Even in the beginning before we have barracks, I think we should avoid wasting turns on recruiting.

Bank
Until the gang has 500 casinos and 250 barracks we have to keep personal banks set only to the gang. During this time we should be donating all money from attacks and turns to the gang. Keeping out own account to zero. I think we should max out the casinos before the barracks, but am not that sure.
After that set them to your own bank and load up on M16 and Hummers as fast as possible.
After that we might want to get airliners and build another base but I am not sure we need to. Keeping lots of cash around seems to be what gets the ratings up. A large gang bank surplus seems to be a waste of cash since there is nothing to spend it on and you can’t withdraw it? Not 100% sure on this.
I think once we have 500 casinos, 250 barracks we should never set back to the gang bank unless we get to the point were out individual bank accounts max. Again I am not 100% sure so we should talk about it.

Attacking
We were not coordinated. Attacks should be purposeful and in general an attempt to kill all thugs in another gang and take all the money we can. Basically we should wait until we are fully loaded with thugs and then all hit the target gang at the same time. One off raids on a single gang member in retaliation for an attack or just for the hell of it doesn’t really help the overall gang cause. Major attacking won’t start until we have plenty of barracks, but we can play around and see how some attacks work in the interim.


Alliances
All the high ranking gangs have them. I got a couple of requests for alliances in this round but mostly ignored them. We will need to spend time analyzing these request and actually asking other gangs.
