The kit comes with 3 brackets which can be adjusted to any angle. You can still use the hitch. However, since the H2 is so high, most of you will probably use a lowering tongue. In which case, the center sensor will immediate go off as soon as you put it in reverse. I asked Poron if you can just use two sensors and as long as you make it equal distance from the center and at most 12" from the sides, you're OK.

If you use two, then I don't know where you would mount the sensor. Especially if you have a tire carrier.

I originally thought of mounting the side sensors in the square groove, but that means you would need to drill the bumper.

Believe me, I spent hours trying to find the best location and this is what I came up with.

BTW, the wire for the side sensors simply were tucked behind the bottom of the light housing. No drilling. Just be careful and don't pinch the wires where it would get cut. To be sure, I wraped the wires where it got tucked with electrical tape thereby giving it a thicker insulation.
