It pretty much means I get to continue to mellow-out disputes, personality conflicts and attempt to resolve issues as a buffer before Jason needs to step in. Kinda like a 2nd set of eyes for Jason.

If you have a beef with a member I'll try to work it out so that we don't argue on national webspace. I'll be questioning trolls intentions when the show up or turn hostile.

Beyond that....it's little more then a change in the title under my avitar....I really didn't care for "guru". Beyond that...it's all the same.
