Does anyone know anything about the quality etc. of these? Anyone have these on their rig?

Hell, I don't even know if this are 8 lug or not. I just like this type of look 
Maybe I should just get the Dub Condo, but something about it just doesn't JUMP out at me? Close but no cigar!
