Humtech, I really like your attitude toward your clients. We're lucky that our guys have the same attitude. I pop in every now-and-then just to say "Hi" and let them know they'll be seeing the truck soon.
I also invite the Sales Mgr, salesman, and my writer to play cards every now and then. We have a great relationship.
