Not sure of all the changes, but I know the head has to have a higher rockwell for hardening due to the higher temp burning of E85, or any ethanol mixture above 15 percent. Seals, gaskets are unique, and injectors are different; how, not sure.Quote:

I have never gotten involved with E85, so do not know all the requirements.
