As Phil mentioned...In Texas, you just have to sit in a classroom(All Frikin Day) and listen to a retired cop tell you how wonderful it was to be him!!!
Shoot at a target that is close enough to poke holes in with a pencil, and know how to load your gun!!!
I think the mirror fogging thing is optional!!!
Haven't looked into a permit here in Va. No need for a permit, just gotta be quick on the draw(I Think!
