Will aftermarket CD/DVD/MP3 Players coincide with '05 Nav/CD player?

Topic says it all. I have a Pioneer single din unit I'd like to throw in the H2 that will play DVD/MP3/CD's. Is there an interface that will make it coincide with the Factory touch screen? Is it possible to use that player show DVD's on the factory screen? I'd really like to use my Pioneer as I have a 12 disc changer that I could hook up as well. Any info would be appreciated.
