H4 was a proto for a smaller H3, and did NOT have a pickup truck bed. H3T is the H3 with a pickup truck bed. Could he have seen a H3T? I don't believe so, don't think they have any protos running around the states, but it would be more likely then an H4, which was canceled.
Latest rumor is the H4 will replace the trailblazer. How a Hummer will replace a Chevy, know one says.
