I installed 1 TORNADO and MPG went up then I figured if I installed a 2nd TORNADO I could create a Supreme VORTEX of spinning air and my calculations were correct. I now get better MPG than a Honda Civic! 
oh snap! That's what I was missing. Maybe I'll try 3 of those!
